If an item from a manufacturer is discontinued we try not to carry it so it eliminates this problem. Inventory from our suppliers changes by the hour and if a current item  is out of stock when you place your order you will be notified immediately.

Shipping

Shipping charges are set at a flat rate of $12.00 per order with a $4.00 per item increment. example: 1 item = $12.00 2 items = $16.00 3 items = $20.00 over $100.0 = order ships free (domestic only) (this does not apply to special promotions we offer from time to time) This applies to orders in the continental united states only. If your order is over $100.00 it will ship free! (domestic orders only).   special offer To qualify for free shipping on (domestic) orders over $75.00 and less than $100.00 All items ordered must be from the same manufacturer and you must add the free shipping coupon to your cart which will remove the shipping cost. otherwise your order total must be at least $100.00.   Please allow 7 (average) to 21 working days for domestic deliveries depending on the manufacturer. Express shipping is available on certain items but please contact us first before placing your order.     Why we charge for shipping on most orders: We get charged for shipping and processing from each manufacturer when we order our inventory, so if you place an order with us that contains items from multiple manufacturers that means we have paid a shipping and processing fee from each of them. We never re-coop our shipping expenses. We offer special promotions, buyer incentives for larger orders, orders from the same manufacturer and returning customers. We feel that our prices are competitive and are willing to work with you if you find a better offer elsewhere.     We do ship worldwide! Orders outside the continental united states will carry an additional $14.95 (minimum) charge. Overseas orders including alaska and hawaii will be charged an additional $19.95 (minimum). These charges will or may include shipping, handling and insurance. All shipping charges except domestic may appear as an additional charge on your statement. All domestic orders are shipped either standard ups or usps ground. Please allow 7 to 21 working days to receive your order. If you prefer another shipping method or need it faster please email us with your request. For international & overseas orders, you will be given shipping options to choose from.   If you are paying through paypal for an orrder that is being shipped outside the continental united states you will be sent an invoice for the additional shipping charges that must be paid before we can process your order.   No orders except domestic will be processed until we have confirmation from you that you understand and except these xtra charges UPS does not ship to p.o. boxes. If you have a p.o. box and would like to place an order, please find an alternative address to use or  We can ship it regular usps.  there  may be an additional charge and delay in receiving your order this way. you will be notified  of any additional changes and charges.

Returns

Returns will be accepted for same item exchange only on unworn defective items. By law there will be no returns on lingerie and undergarments. Defective or wrong items will be replaced for the same item. You will not be charged for shipping if the mistake was ours or one of our suppliers. If we issue you a credit or refund for the merchandise the shipping costs will not be refunded. If you receive the wrong item or a defective one, we must be notified within 24 hours. we reserve the right to refuse any return.

Price Matching & Discounts
	If you've seen a product somewhere else for less we will try and price match it! Just contact us with the details. If you want to place a large order we will do we can do give you a discount but please contact us first before placing your order.

Forms Of Payment
	We accept all major credit cards and payments through Paypal online or by phone. If you wish to open a paypal account it takes only seconds to create one. This can be done at checkout. Cancelling an order
	To cancel an order after it was placed please email us immediately, we will be glad to cancel it for you. once an order is processed and or shipped it can not be cancelled. We also reserve the right to cancel your order for wrongful use of discount coupons or not being able to reach you because of a problem with your order.
